Research interests: My research interests lie in the intersection of bioinformatics, microbiology, and genetics. I’m
particularly interested in developing and applying computational tools to organize, analyze, and interpret large-scale biological data, with a focus on improving genome annotation and understanding the functional complexity of eukaryotic and microbial systems.
