Research Interests:
My research focuses on oral biofilms, acquired enamel pellicle, dental caries, and erosive tooth wear. At the Wishart Lab, I am investigating the metabolomic and lipidomic profiles of oral biofilms and the acquired enamel pellicle to better understand the molecular mechanisms involved in enamel protection and demineralization. My research integrates metabolomics with proteomics and microbiome analyses to support the development of novel preventive strategies for oral diseases.
