Research interests
My research interests are in pursuing screening or diagnostic devices that can be used in the early diagnosis of neurodegenerative disorders like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and dementia. I also have an interest in screening dark triad personality disorders such as Narcissistic, Antisocial (Sociopaths, Psychopaths) and Borderline personality disorders. My current focus is in using computer vision and machine learning/neural networks in assessing micro-behaviours and micro-expressions of the subject and matching these to cohorts in the various neurological spectra identified. My hope is that my research leads to early, impartial, objective and quantifiable diagnosis of these disorders.
