Research interests
I’m passionate about combining bioinformatics and computer science to develop intelligent systems that make biological data more interpretable. My research interests focus on applying ML and NLP to extract biological insights from genomic data and scientific literature, with an emphasis on improving the accuracy and scalability of automated gene and protein annotation.
