Research interests My research interests are in AI-based tools and machine learning methods for organizing, analyzing, and understanding biological data. I am especially interested in applying computational approaches to biological pathway extraction, pathway modelling, and other bioinformatics problems. I also have broader research experience in neuroscience, which has helped shape my interest in using computational methods to study complex biological systems.
