Research interests
My research interests span plant and food metabolomics, natural product chemistry, and the discovery of bioactive compounds with potential therapeutic and nutritional applications using LC-MS/MS and NMR techniques. I am particularly focused on identifying metabolic biomarkers and deciphering chemical signatures that distinguish different biological conditions or extract batches. Additionally, I am interested in integrating artificial intelligence with metabolomics data for biomarker discovery and diagnostic tool development.
